I took considerable time to understand her needs and what was driving her career. We spent a lot of time discussing the specific environment and culture that she wanted to work in. Having listened carefully to her needs, I felt that there were two global technology brands that might be a perfect match. The two companies agreed with my recommendation to interview her. It transpired that the candidate was a great match for both companies.
A perfect match
One of the companies did stand out. They had a unique and very dynamic culture which my candidate loved. The company in turn really wanted my candidate to join and after another round of interviews she accepted their job offer. She is now their Partner Marketing Manager and has been for the last two years. The process took time and regular contact between all parties, but the results were perfect for everyone involved.
